Hi guys, new to the forums.

My father recently gave me his amplifi 150 which seemed like a very cool piece of equipment.  Over this week i had used the usb to hook it up to fl studios and was playing sounds out of it that way. i played a loud kicking noise with the amp full blast and the lights flickered and then the amp turned off.  I turned the switch off and then i waited about 5 seconds.  I then flipped the switch back on to see the start up lights come back on, but then the amp powered back down.   It will not turn back on at this point and I'm curious how bad i broke the amp, and how to go about either fixing it or getting it repaired.  Thank you.

Check fuses. Don't know where they are, but check for to see if it has any and if they are replaceable/resettable. First principle of this kind of troubleshooting. There might be an internal one and of course the power plug will have one. I wouldn't expect it to be the plug, but there might be some form of protection/cut out in the box. I'd refer you to the manual to check, but amazingly there isn't one.
