For instance, I want the Lester 1 for path 1 and Acoustic 5 for path 2 so I can switch easier from dirt to acoustic, but whatever I set one of the Inputs to, it switches the other input also. Thanks! silverhead Posted April 25, 2016 Share Posted April 25, 2016 I gather you are using a Variax guitar as the input. Helix can only store/set one Variax model in a preset; you can't have two models active in the same preset. You can, however, select Variax Mags as one input and Variax with a model (e.g. Acoustic-5) as the other input. If you have a JTV-59 the mags are essentially Les Paul mags. If you have a JTV-69 then the mags are more like a strat. Note that for this to work you need to be using the VDI connection from guitar to Helix.
