PIPETA
Hello friends, sorry for my bad English, use google Traslate, wanted to know if the battery loaded inside the guitar is consumed by more than this off without using that guitar because the charge to 100%, leave it on guitar and the other day I noticed that the green lights are less, as if he were consumed by more that do not use the guitar, this is correct? or I have to turn something I'm forgetting? because I turn the shift knob Variax guitar and unplug the cable. silverhead
Yes, that is normal. All batteries gradually discharge even when not in use. If you unplug the cable the discharge should be slow. My fully charged JTV battery, removed from the guitar, will retain a useable charge for week or so but beyond that I have to recharge it before use. Earlier models of Variax guitars use alkaline batteries which retain their charge for longer periods, but don't provide power for as long when in use.
