jonzackham
Hey friends. Could I get some suggestions on routing in Helix for an acoustic guitar, vocal, live setup. Will be routing to 2 main speakers and 1 monitor. Thanks!

silverhead
Here's a Helix preset I made for my Martin D28 and vocals. http://line6.com/customtone/tone/2044875/ It probably won't sound the same, perhaps not even good, in your setup but you can use the basic structure and block elements a s a starting point to adjust to your taste. Connect the XLR outputs to your main speakers and the L (Mono) 1/4" output to your monitor. The IR block I use is attached. 001 Taylor 314ce - DPA 401.wav

amsdenj
Try this blog posting: Creating a Helix Acoustic Guitar Patch. For the mic input, I use a TC Helicon Harmony-G XT when doing acoustic solos. I use path 2 for the mic, and let the G XT do most of the vocal effects. Helix provide flexible routing for this using the effect return inputs.

I read it somewhere in, then went back and couldn't find it again. If so, do you remember how to find them on TGP? I searched "free IRs", but couldn't find anything. Thanks! BTW, your site and posts are great, a valuable community service.
