rlm01
What should happen if I connect my Helix to a PC that doesn't have the drivers intaled? Will I receive a message that the device wasn't recognized?
phil_m
I believe so... Why do you ask? If you're trying to hook up Helix for the first time either to just use the editor or update, you need to search for the Helix app here (leave the first pulldown blank, and just select Helix in the second one), and download the package and install it. It will give you everything you need. It installs not only the editor, but the Helix drivers, and the Line 6 Updater application.
rlm01
I'm asking because my Helix don't connect anymore to any PC, I wonder if could be a hardware problem or a firmware or software problem.
klangmaler
Greetings to Brazil! The next topic for the same problem? Your Helix seems to have a hardware problem, so open a support ticket here: http://line6.com/support/tickets/add.html
