willjrock
There ARE cases when it will do this. I was working in the editor and using the keyboard only the few times it happend, and it wasnt too big o deal in the past, but tonight it was painful, after spending a longish amount of time on a preset. Seems that hitting the UP key and then enter, can latch on to a preset and overwrite the one directly above it, without prompting first. I suggest backing up immediately after achieving your target sound.
spikey
Sounds like a intermittent stuck button.

zooey
Question is, does the display accurately show which preset will get written. It's possible some sequences of actions cause a different preset to to be pointed at than you expect, but if it correctly says what it's going to do, it'd require some care, and is arguably poor UI interaction, but might not exactly be called a bug. Yeah im not sure man because in my mind im just going on to the next preset. Im not sure i would be able to tell if the overwrite were about to happen It happened again today, but this time it didnt overwrite the entire preset, just the name.
