You will need the latest firmware, then run License Manager for the authorization which will be linked to your user account. For the firmware, you will need the L6 Monkey. Download the flash file to your 'puter and choose the option in Monkey to "Flash from file" I find that the more reliable method. All the DL stuff is in the downloads area.
