Thurston9
I'm interested in using some vocal effects on the Helix. 99% of the time I would want the vocals to go out from Helix to the mixer unprocessed, and for the other 1% of the time I'd have dedicated patches for the specific song and vocal effects. For the times when I don't want processing, is there a way to route the vocals directly to an output without using one of the paths (1A/2A/1B/2B)? Most of the time I want to use those for guitar processing. I'd rather not waste a path.
PeterHamm
I don't think so.
jbuhajla
The signal still has to go input>A/D conversion>DSP>D/A conversion>output even if you are not "processing" the sound at the DSP level. That will take one of the 4 paths to accomplish.
