Can I use all 8 of them or does it block for example port 3 from rack if I connect something to port 3 in control? silverhead Posted March 29, 2017 Share Posted March 29, 2017 There are 3 inputs for expression pedals on both Helix Rack and Helix Control. The fourth is for an EXP toe switch. The two devices share the same virtual inputs. So you can only use 1 EXP-1 pedal, connecting it to either device - not both. You can use a total of three, not six, EXP pedals.
