ZSchneidi Posted April 27, 2017 Share Posted April 27, 2017 Hello, is there a way to configure a footswitch to fade in/out certain parameters ? Same question for snapshots. For example I want an EQ in my effects chain that acts as a low pass filter. But i want this effect to fade in/out in a specific behavior and not to abruptly turn on/off by just bypassing it. In my case the expression EXP1 is used as volume Pedal the EXP2 as Wah. Or is it possible to use the exp Pedal in a third mode as long as a specific effects block is not bypassed ? Is that possible ? zooey Posted April 27, 2017 Share Posted April 27, 2017 Snapshots can bypass blocks and set controller values, but they can't fade between values over time. Ramp, envelope, and LFO generators have been requested as possible features, but as far as I know there isn't huge demand for them. The built-in expression pedal or an external pedal can manually control one or more block parameters, effectively fading them in or out, but the built-in one has only two assignment modes, not a third one like you're thinking about.
