blackhearteng
I am about to purchase a friends Spider Valve 212 (MKI). I was told (not by my friend) that I might be able to plug in the FBV shortboard and use the USB plug in to use the Edit program on my computer to aid in editing the presets. Is that true? I cannot find support for that online. Thanks in advance.
BillBee
I don't know my man. AFAIK there is no editing aside from the front panel for the MKIs. Here is an old thread on it.: http://line6.com/supportarchivenew/thread/58181/
llabe11
Hello 1- we say hello 2- I think that using the FBV shortboard MKII you can connect your amp via USB and use the software; Personally I connect my spider valve MKII HD100 via the MIDI jacks with this accessory Edirol UM-1x that works very well. 3- either one says thank you or friendly or good day or cordially etc .... (but that you said it)
RyanQ3L
I have the same issue. I have the Mk1 212 Bogner/Line 6 combo. I've never figured out how to connect it to the computer. Maybe that's only for the MkII?
psarkissian
There is no computer interfacing or editing using a computer with the MkI's. Edits and saves onboard thru the front panel only. Monkey updates came in with the MkII's. What BillBee said.
