rosshenning Posted June 18, 2017 Share Posted June 18, 2017 Well I just updated to the latest firmware and lost two of my favorite presets in the process. I'll be more careful next time. I would have thought Line 6 would add presets, but never delete them. Would any kind soul out there be willing to upload the Austin Lead and Austin Clean presets to this forum so that I can restore them to my Helix? The problem is that the factory presets included with the latest firmware eliminated the Austin Lead and Austin Clean. It's evidently not part of the firmware any longer.
