No Android "my tones" after connecting to PC Spider Remote

After connecting to my Ipad to look at the banks of tones for an upcoming gig, I noticed I could not save any tones to the "My Tones" folder, and the folder is empty. The only change I've made is to load the PC Spider Remote and connect my 240 to my PC to save the bundle of tones. Is this a bug, or do I have another problem?

Have you tried signing out then back into the app?

 

If this doesn't work, try reinstalling the app.
