t-e-spencer Posted October 25, 2017 Share Posted October 25, 2017 I've just opened the box on my brand new Helix and was very excited, however, straight out of the box the footswitch behaviour seems bizarre and I can't seem to correct it in any settings. It seems FS11 selects FS8 or a previous patch depending on how it's feeling, and FS12 selects FS11. The rest of the footswitches appear to do nothing when pressed. phil_m Posted October 25, 2017 Share Posted October 25, 2017 Try holding down footswitches 9 & 10 while starting up. That will initiate a total system reset. Some vendors install the latest firmware before shipping the Helix and forget to do this step. It can cause some weird behavior.
