mattbarden Posted December 10, 2017 Share Posted December 10, 2017 I just updated to 2.3 and when I opened iTunes to jam along to a few songs afterwards I wasn't getting any sound out of my computer. Tried Window Media Player and Youtube, same thing. I can't even hear the test tones from the properties menu of the sound devices. I should note the bar was jumping some green around so it was playing the sounds I just couldn't hear them. Tried reinstalling the driver and turning the computer off/on again and still nothing. I can hear the Helix fine through my headphones but anything outside of it I get nothing. Any suggestions? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

DunedinDragon Posted December 10, 2017 Share Posted December 10, 2017 Check your USB settings in Helix global input and outputs. Sometimes the value for USB 1/2 gets munged up when upgrading.
