The USB drive that is supposed to have the helix editor application doesn't have the app on it. I am now attempting to download the editor app from line6's website. When I open the HX Edit Installer and double click the "Double Click To Install" icon it brings up the Verifying "HX Edit.pkg" bar and then it just doesn't move from there. Digital_Igloo Posted December 18, 2017 Share Posted December 18, 2017 We don't put the software on the flash drive because there's a good chance that by the time Helix gets to the distributor, and then to the store's warehouse, and then to the show floor, and then to your house, the software would be obsolete.
