jesuscares Posted April 30, 2018 Share Posted April 30, 2018 Hi guys, New to Helix & just got the floor unit after getting the Native version.I was wonder if we could the footswitches for navigating between snap shots.Is there anyway we can use it on the 8 presets as well as snap shot mode? I don't want to miss the advantage of using the 2 rows of presets. silverhead Posted May 1, 2018 Share Posted May 1, 2018 Answering the 2nd question 1st, no the associated IRs do not get imported with a preset. They need to be imported separately, and into the correct IR slot as assigned within the preset. I'm not sure I fully understand the 1st question, but here's an answer to what I think you're asking. In Global Settings set your Preset Mode Switches to 8 Presets and set your Snapshots Mode Switches to Manual Return. Then, when the display shows the 8 presets you can switch to viewing and selecting the 8 Snapshots by briefly pressing (not holding) both the Up and Down footswitches simultaneously. The 8 Snapshots will be displayed and available for selection until you manually return to Preset Mode by pressing the Cancel (FS6) footswitch.
