X3 pro in a reboot loop

Dear fellow musicians,


I am experiencing similar problem with X3 pro as explained in the discussion thread "X3 live in a reboot loop". The POD is stuck and is only displaying LINE6 logo. I have run the safe mode diagnostics and everything should be ok as all components pass the test. I have also tried to install older versions of flash (from file and through monkey) but it has not helped. Any ideas?

It needs to be service by an authorized Line 6 service center. It's a not a user fixable problem,

software re-installs won't fix that. An authorized tech needs to go inside of it.
