POD HD 500 "loses" sound

Hello,

 

got the experience:

 

My POD HD 500 is "losing" parts of the to load sound - but only from time to time.

Example: preset does load - but without the delay

Example: preset does load - but only one of the dual amps

 

I need to restart the POD - then it works again (not fine while a gig).

 

Any ideas ...?

Assuming you are: 

1. saving your patches correctly

2. not using the usb/edit when it is not needed

 

then you could try:

1. install/reinstall latest firmware

2. global reset

3. use a different power supply

Hello, my HD 500 fails to connect to the PC, the HD Edit pod works properly, but when you open any Daw gives me a screenshot and restart the PC. Possibly it is a failure of drivers, but I have already updated, uninstalled and reinstalled and follows the same error. My operating system is Windows 10.
