rockerkupr
Hey everyone, just bought myself a POD HD PRO today and have been looking to make my own in flames tone. I am unfamiliar with the different amp names in POD HD Pro EDIT. So help would be much appreciated. Also if anyone has some that are already created i would love to hear a few and or trade info to get the details behind the sound. Cheers
clay-man
In Flames mostly uses a Peavey 5150, though I've seen them use Marshals before. The HD doesn't have a 5150 but there's stuff you can use that sounds very similar, like a Mesa Boogie I believe.
utubebenscott
5150 and a 6505+ on the next update please!? IMO the best high gain sounding amp on the HD is the F Ball paired with the XXL 4-12 and 421 dynamic

IMO the best high gain sounding amp on the HD is the F Ball paired with the XXL 4-12 and 421 dynamic Old POD series had a 5150 but obviously the quality of that and the quality of the amps on the HD are very different. I'd stick to getting a similar and better tone with the HD.
brian6string
To my ears, the amp model called Line 6 Epic is a pretty good substitute for a Peavey.
