wilkinsi
I just downloaded a few presets from Customtone, which are for the HX Stomp. Whilst the file does have the ".hlx", HX Edit refused to import it to my Helix Rack, saying it wasn't compatible. I tried the same with my Helix Floor. Same result. So, are the files for HX Stomp and Helix not identical? I tried this import whilst still running OS X 10.13.6 and now 10.14.0. No difference. Whilst I appreciate it was advertised you could "copy" blocks between HX Stomp and Helix hardware, it would appear presets are not directly compatible after all. I had initially assumed they were, on the basis that I can copy entire presets, even backups from one Helix to another without incident. Of course, if I am missing something, please let me know. I didn't know that was advertised. You're not missing anything - the presets are not compatible, at least not at this time.

silverhead
Don't read anything into that. I don't know any more about this possibility than you do, but I do know that it seems possible. No idea if it's in the plans. Perhaps an Ideascale item?
