robmlisanti
Was wondering if you can use 2 interfaces on the same computer ( but not at the same time) I'm thinking of buying the POD HD Desktop, but it doesnt have the 2 inputs like my UX-1 has for my Keyboards So even if I add the POD HD and disconnect it I want to be able to connect the UX-1 and add keys in my recordings. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Rob
TheRealZap
yes, you'd just need to move monitors appropriately. it would be easier just to go analog into the UX1 when needed honestly... keeping it simple. i doubt there would be a significant difference in tonal quality. you might consider getting the hd pro, since it will give you input options to simply take completely over and lose the ux1. (yeah i know its more money... so it may not be an attractive option)

TheRealZap
you can have the usb connected without using the usb audio stream... so you can do both... probably much easier and effectively just getting an A/B switch for the keyboard+pod.. or simply swapping them as needed.
