equality100
Hi there! I have just bought a JVT 89. I am pleased with everything, just that I want the strings a bit lower for playing comfort. How is that best done? I don't see any screws in the stall posts. Aren't they adjustable?
Melissiah
Buy a 89f lol no kidding I think it's a weird bridge. The only way I see is to make your neck as flat as possible with the truss rod. :)
dkemusic
From what I can see in pic of it on the l6 site it uses the same bridge as the 59, if so you just use one of the allen wrenches to turn the support post(s) in/out to the desired height. equality100
Thanks Dan and Melissah. I think I'll start with the allen wrench. Appreciated.
Melissiah
Dan is right, I did a mega zoom on a pic and you'll be fine with an allen wrench. But a neck and saddle adjustment might be good too
