Is this connection diagram correct?

Before investing in a Helix, I just want to be sure that it is capable of doing what I want.

I have a stereo amp setup, and I use fx both before the preamp and in the loop, with both amps.

These fx are configured differently for left and right. ie, I would like to run essentially 4 mono signal paths, and have different fx in each path. Just to reiterate, these mono paths are:

1. Amp 1 before preamp

2. Amp 2 before preamp

3. Amp 1 FX loop

4. Amp 2 FX loop

Is my diagram showing the correct wiring? Is this possible? (Also keep in mind I want to use L3 and L4 for other fx so consider those already in use)

Would it be possible to run 4 different parametric EQs also? 1 in each of the four paths listed above, but configured differently?

Let me provide a concrete example also:

1. Boost at 1k

2. Boost at 2k

3. Cut at 250

4. Cut at 300

(Each with different Q settings also)

What you're talking about is known as the 7 cable method, and yes, the Helix can do it. You're sketch isn't quite correct, though. This is from the HX Effects manual, but it be the same sort of connections for the Helix (there was an error in the labels on the second amp, that I corrected here):
