brandonyip
In line 6 monkey, I am getting the message under USB firmware and Flash Memory updates: "This item is installed, but it's version could not be determined." Also, line 6 monkey says it's seeing my HD500x but after I try updating the above firmware and flash memory it says it could not detect connected device. Also, when I update drivers it takes me through the whole process successfully but then Line 6 monkey under installed says, "No" Btw, I have the latest version of Line 6 monkey installed. Thanks for any help.
