lee_tomkins Posted July 1, 2019 Share Posted July 1, 2019 hey guys I just bought a some presets and I am trying to load them into my helix LT. But it is saying that there is an error and that my computer is not authorised then it asks if I would like to authorise my computer and I say yes but NOTHING HAPPENS. ive updated to version 2.70 but this keeps happening. phil_m Posted July 2, 2019 Share Posted July 2, 2019 It sounds like you probably need to install the latest version of HX Edit. Once you do that, you have to sign into your Line 6 account in HX Edit. craiganderton Posted July 2, 2019 Share Posted July 2, 2019 A couple people have reported issues installing the presets from the Craig Anderton's Amazing Multiband Helix Presets pack, and it sounds like your situation may be similar. This can happen if there's a mismatch in the Helix firmware and HX Edit versions (e.g., you're running the latest HX Edit version, but older Helix firmware).
