My Helix updater can't select my device The updater shows only this msg "Select device to update" How can I update my Helix My Floor ver is 2.6 HX edit is 2.8 on Mac Thanx in advance! I would reboot your PC and Helix and start checking different USB ports and cable. If your Mac still can't see the Helix after that I would uninstall all Line6 software and reinstall "HX Edit" 2.80.
