It seems this is no longer working for some reason. For example... https://line6.com/customtone/profile/jaysadites/ gives me... Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@line6.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. teo-torriate Posted July 22, 2019 Share Posted July 22, 2019 I just tried the same and also got this internal Internal Server Error, but I hadn't searched this way before, so I can't say if anything changed in the past. Until this issue is solved, you could maybe open the customtone page -> https://line6.com/customtone/browse/helix/ and search for jaysadites - 185 tones were found. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Well it's pretty obvious to me that the clue is in the Message Header! Internal Server Error The web crew maybe carrying out a service or updating stuff or too much web traffic with people wanting to download new stuff. It all puts a strain on the system - try again later. Until then you could do what "two-torriate" suggested in the post above. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
