bartek69 Posted August 24, 2019 Share Posted August 24, 2019 I created 3 of my owner presets on my HX stomp using the Helix Editor. I saved the presets all through out the process on both Helix Stomp and Editor multiple times. After I turn off the Stomp and turn i back all that remains of my presets is the name. All the programming, blocks, effects is gone. The original preset that came with the box are still there. What the hell?! Love the unit but this is unacceptable. phil_m Posted August 25, 2019 Share Posted August 25, 2019 Hard to say what happened, but the first thing I'd recommend checking is that the version of the firmware you're running matches the version of HX Edit you're using.
