future2future Posted October 1, 2019 Share Posted October 1, 2019 Hey Guys, I've decided to update my Helix Rack to the newest firmware. When it starts it says rebuilding presets, then jumps from 220 to 771 and it freezes. The rotating thingy in the screen stops and it doesn't do anything. It also can't connect to HX-edit, doesn't recognize the Helix. I've tried starting it up without usb connected, same thing. Anybody has an idea? phil_m Posted October 1, 2019 Share Posted October 1, 2019 Do you have a backup created? If so, just do a factory reset - hold down ENC5 and ENC6 (the knobs under the screen) while powering up.
