What happens to Native license when HX Stomp is sold?

I have a HX Stomp and have owned it for about a year now.  I also purchased Native with the special pricing available to Stomp owners around 6 months ago.  I am now considering selling the Stomp but still want to use Native.  Will there be any consequences to my keeping and using Native if I sell the Stomp and remove it from my account?  Thanks.

You say you bought Helix Native 'about' 6 months ago. Check the purchase date carefully because 6 months (180 days) is the required time period to own Helix Native and still be able to sell the qualifying Helix product (in your case the HX Stomp) without losing your Helix license.

My understanding was that you had to own the hardware for at least 6 months to qualify for the discount (and retain rights to the software). If the OP owned it for a year, he's free to sell it, and keep Native (even if he had just bought it).

 

Of course, when you sell the Stomp, the new user will not be able to buy Native on the special pricing discount. .... it can only be applied once with a given Helix.

Gotcha, thanks for the responses!  I figured there was some catch such as the new owner not being able to get preferred pricing if I kept Native.

....and because of that its a good idea to make it clear to new buyers the Native discount has already been used. Think of it as a money-off coupon that's was in the box; when its gone its gone. Most used buyers won't care because they just want the hardware, but its good to be clear to avoid any problems with someone expecting to get the discount.
