Missing reverb effects building patches with Editor

First post here.  I was building a patch using HX Edit.  Seems fully functional.  Auditioning all the amps/cabs/delay/reverb? There was nothing in the reverb item list.  Everything else seemed fine.  Nothing under legacy, just a big blank.  

 

If I double click on a patch on my Helix LT, and select the reverb block, all the reverb effects and their device pics are available.

You are probably running an older version of HX Edit. Make sure you have the latest version installed.

Hi,

Because your hardware appears to have the reverbs installed then possibly, as noted by “phil_m” in the post above, this may indicate that you are using the wrong version of HX Edit. The version number of the firmware installed on your Helix LT and the version of HX Edit MUST match. You should be able to see the FW version on the LT screen as it boots up when you power the unit “on”, or IIRC it should be visible under the global settings menu.
