Demidkin
When I start POD, the screen lit logo LINE6. After a few seconds logo disappears and then reappears. This happens endlessly. Update the firmware so I cannot, because the MAC is not connecting with POD. Line 6 Monkey installed, all drivers are updated. But there is a yellow triangle near "Drivers". I did everything that was suggested on the forum, I have nothing.
TheRealZap
hold the direction key on the pod to the left then plug it in. this should break the loop.

Charlie_Watt
Sounds like your unit is defective. You will have to send it to be repaired.
Demidkin
I bought it in LA in Guitar Center. And now I'm in Kalininrgad in Russia. I can't imagine that I do now.
Demidkin
And that, hold the left button on startup, it only thing I can do?

cruisinon2
Unfortunately, it sounds like its bricked...shipping to Line 6 for repair/replacement might be your only option at this point.

skorst
This happened to me last night with my HD500. Only had the unit a short time. Finally, got it sounding really great, doing some recording with my Windows 7 laptop.  Then, I get error messages, Blue Screen, shutdown. I look down at the Line 6 and it's showing the continuous LINE 6 screen.  After doing the hold down left arrow, plug in, it started up normally. The only thing I don't know is...does this reset the unit to factory settings? I'll find out later today.  Thanks for the tip!  steve
jandrio
Re-calibration of the POD HD500's expression pedal is necessary after performing a Global Settings reset. Instructions for how to perform a Global Settings reset is available below:  After POD HD500X/500 Flash/Re-Flash/Update: MANDATORY Global Settings Reset!  POD HD500X/HD500 Pedal Calibration
Demidkin
Thanks for the advice. I'm doing everything as indicated in the instructions. Nothing happens. The device continues to reboot.
jandrio
Then I believe u should open a support ticket.
Demidkin
I have already done it. Technical support works very poorly. They reply once in three days and give the advice, same on the forum.
