HX Stomp IR not working

It looks to me as though you need to install it as a plug-in in a DAW or VST Host. From there you can create custom mixes and export to a format that MIGHT work in Helix (.wav).

RTM.

From their website:

"GGD libraries are licensed Kontakt instruments which work with the latest version of Kontakt Player (free) and Kontakt 6 (Invasion). We also provide TCI files which work with Slate Trigger."

And

"GGD comes with multi-out templates for Cubase, Logic and Pro Tools, and users have posted unofficial templates for other DAWs (Reaper, Studio One, etc) in the GGD Forum. You can also check out this handy tutorial."

I don't see anything that indicates compatibility with Helix. Did you see that somewhere?

Ok, So I messed up on the export. I exported the .wav files into my documents when I should have just put them on my desktop to drag them in.

I appreciate your help though.

Glad you got it figured out but just wanted to mention that at least on the Helix you can import IRs from the Documents directory as well as using the drag and drop method. Not sure why it did not work for you.

Hi, since update to 2.92 FW my HX Stomp lost all previously imported IRs except only 1. I cannot import any IRs now and not even when restoring from a backup of this very same device. Anyone has this same problem? Going back to version 2.91 didn't fix it. Thanks!

When you went to 2.92 or reverted to 2.91 did you start by downloading the corresponding "HX Edit" package?  When you go to the Help-->About entry on the HX Edit menu what version of the editor are you seeing? Also, have you tried doing a global reset?
