firehawkkwah
How much force should be required to use the expression pedal? When I push down the heel, the entire board lifts up of the floor. Just a little, but still. Seems a little tight. Is there a way to adjust the tension?

There should have been a Hex Wrench/Allen Key in the box when you bought your helix. Use that adjust the tension, through small aperture on the right hand side panel, until it works as what seems fine for you. If you really want to, you could attempt the full service routine - at your own risk and only advisable if your helix is out of warranty ( I guess yours is still covered?) Hope this helps/makes sense.
firehawkkwah
Perfect, thanks. Got mine used, no tools included, but a 3/16 Allen did the trick.
