carlsbro27 Posted November 2, 2020 Share Posted November 2, 2020 Hi, I'm just getting started with Helix, I have upgraded ithe Helix to V2.92 & HX Edit is V2.82, Iam trying to import IRs into the HX Edit software, for some reason the library will only allow me to add one IR, if I try to add another it looks like it imports but nothing appears in the list. If I delete the IR I can add a different one in but only one. Has anyone else experienced this? Running this on Windows 10 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

DunedinDragon Posted November 2, 2020 Share Posted November 2, 2020 Make sure you read the release notes carefully when you do an upgrade. As noted in the release notes for 2.92, when you do an upgrade the normal process is to download the HX Edit install program and run it. That will install HX Edit, all the appropriate device drivers, as well as upgrade the firmware on your Helix...all in one process.
