elbenno Posted December 9, 2020 Share Posted December 9, 2020 Hi all, I'v just done the upgrade on my Helix last week, and it seems to work perfectly fine on its own. But when I'm trying to edit with HX Edit software, I can't find any of the new stuff in the software, although they're on my multifx. Is there any upgrade for the HX Edit planned? MusicLaw Posted December 10, 2020 Share Posted December 10, 2020 Once you have installed the latest version, and backed up any of your custom presets, you can simply click the gear icon in the lower left corner and select Restore Factory Presets.
