medved_wanders
I purchased Helix Native and was trying to import my market place presets that I got for my floor Helix, but when navigating to the directory files are grayed out. silverhead
Have you authorized your computer in Helix Native?
medved_wanders
I did start with the trial version. When I signed into my line6 account it gave me a pop-up saying it is now authorized for this computer. I am also including screenshots. Should I maybe try re-installing? medved_wanders
re-installing did not help
silverhead
Just a guess... perhaps Marketplace stuff is not supported in the trial version? Edit: I think my guess is wrong. I found this in the Helix Native FAQs. Keyword is "fully". Q: Is there a demo version to try out? Yes. You can try before they buy! A free trial is available at http://line6.com/software/ and is fully functional for 15 days.
silverhead
Maybe irrelevant but.... your first screenshot indicates that Helix Native is expecting to import a setlist. The listed files are preset files, not setlist files. Perhaps make sure you are attempting to import presets, not setlists?
medved_wanders
tried going through preset/IR import bundle with a similar result
medved_wanders
I found a way to do it one by one by selecting an empty preset or IR
silverhead
You should also be able to import presets (multiple simultaneously if you wish) by drag/dropping them into the Helix Native preset slots.
