angelmidi
Hello community. I haven't connected the HD500 to my personal computer for some time. Now when I have done it, Windows 10 says it does not recognize the USB device (updated to the latest version). I have uninstalled and installed the drivers again and again and there is no solution. In my lap top everything works perfectly, which makes me think that the problem is in a Windows update. Did someone of you happen to? Any ideas about it? Thanks and regards. angelmidi
Thank you very much Eucrys, but I already did all that and the problem continues. In fact, with the same cable and the same configuration, everything works perfectly on the laptop. It must be a problem with the Windows update, because I have the same problem with my Behringer x32 Compact mixer. All I have to do is wait for Windows to fix this compatibility problem. Greetings. DolurumMafikala
@angelmidi You could try opening Device Manager and having a look under the USB controllers section. You may see that one particular controller is flagged with a yellow exclamation mark as having a problem. From there you may be able to Enable it, Update a driver, or even roll back to an earlier driver. Edit - just read some of your other posts. It looks like you reverted the Windows update and so wouldn't be in a position to do the above, so never mind. spaceatl
I'm on the current Win 10 Update and recorded some tracks with my HD last night after more than 3.4 months. You might want to double check to see if your laptop manufacturer has a BIOS update and/or chipset update for your machine.
