Hi,

I'm new to the line6 world and wanted to know if there are any sites to get some synth tones for my Pod HD ProX. I can sort of play keyboards, but i'm not very good at it, so i tought this might be a better option.

Depends on what you mean by the words 'synth' and 'tones'. 

This is not that kind of machine.

I am talking about keyboard tones and abilities. Say for instance, I want to play Van Halen's Jump, are there patches available for me to play the keyboard part on my guitar? If not, are simple patches available to play strings on guitar?

I don't have specific synth patches for your needs but you could see/hear good examples of what can be done with the POD in the following clips made by a guy called Antti Loponen..
