Helix and Mesa JP-2C 4 cable Scenario

Would this 4 cable method work as a Wet/Dry/Wet scenario with a Helix Floor and a Mesa Boogie JP-2C?:
  1. Guitar into Helix Guitar input jack.
  2. Helix Loop #1 send jack to Mesa JP-2C guitar input jack.
  3. Mesa JP-2C effects send jack to Helix Loop #1 return jack.
  4. Helix main output Left and right 1/4" jacks to stereo power amp left and right input jacks.
  5. Stereo power amp left and right speaker output jacks to 2 Mesa 1X12 Recto cabs for left and right "Wet" sound.
  6. Mesa JP-2C speaker output jack to Mesa 1x12 Recto for center "Dry" sound.
Signal path on Helix Patch: Guitar in> Compressor>Overdrive> loop #1 send and return ("Dry" Sound)> Stereo Pitch Shift> Stereo Delay>Stereo Reverb> Helix Main 1/4" left and Right Output (Left and Right "Wet" sound).
Also would all cables, other than speaker cables, be 1/4" TS to 1/4" TS?

Unless the JP-2C has a parallel FX loop that you can use to route the preamp separately to the JP power amp, you'll need to add an FX Loop 2 Send block between the the FX Loop 1 block and the "wet" FX and  and take that send to the JP FX Loop Return to get the JP preamp (the DRY signal) into the JP's power amp>speaker. Otherwise the plan looks solid.

Would all 4 cables still be 1/4" TS to 1/4" TS. Would there be any ground loop issues?

Yes, TS.

IF everything is plugged into the same high quality emi/rfi filtered power strip AND there's no problem with the "house" wiring, AND if both amps have a ground switch (Helix FLOOR has one, IDK about the LT/Rack), then you SHOULD be safe. Ground loops are hard to predict or troubleshoot. KISS applies.
