MBoots Posted May 29, 2021 Share Posted May 29, 2021 Hi All, I wonder if someone out there can help me please? I'm new to the world of HX Stomp having just purchased one a few days ago. I've updated the Firmware to 3.11 as recommended. I then received a note on screen to suggest I needed to perform a factory reset (apparently recommended). I did this by pressing pedals 2 and 3 at the same time as switching off. I then switched on again only to find all the presets had been cleared!! Could anyone explain precisely what I've done here; and if it's possible to re-install the presets please? Yours in anticipation (and embarrassment). Thanks for your help. phil_m Posted May 29, 2021 Share Posted May 29, 2021 You perform the factory reset by holding down FS2 & FS3 while powering up, not powering down. Simply do that, and you’ll get the factory presets back. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
