gerryCol Posted May 31, 2021 Share Posted May 31, 2021 Hey All, I used to be able to drag presets off my desktop OR from Helix Edit directly into the preset window of Helix Native at one time, then I couldn't . I updated everything. I just updated all my helix software and HX STOMP firmware to the latest versions, today 5-30-2021. (Yes both the software for both Native and Edit were just updated as well) At first all was working fine, Now an hour later I can't . I have restarted several times, same thing happens. I just see a circle with an 'X" over the preset bank in NATIVE whenever I try dragging into the preset list from anywhere at all. So to recap. 1) I can drag any preset from my desktop into HELIX EDIT 2) I can drag any preset from HELIX NATIVE into HELIX EDIT, 3) I can't drag presets into Helix Native.
