jacropp
I’m trying to figure out the best way to connect my headrush looper board to the 500x. I want to just send the signal to the external looper and then back through the 500x.
hurghanico
Similarly to what you could do with the built-in looper there are mainly 2 different solutions: 1) looper at the beginning of the chain (between the guitar and the POD) - in this way the looper records the clean signal of the guitar and therefore all the loops change sound the same way every time the patch is changed. 2) looper at the end of the chain (just after the POD) - in this way the looper records the signal processed by the current patch, so each single loop + the live sound can have a different sound depending on the patch used for each of them. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ All about POD HD500/X help and useful tips
pianoguyy
or put it in the middle by using the fx loop, and then it can be completely out of the signal chain except when you want it in there by putting the fx loop in a patch
