Unable to upgrade to 1.22

Hi guys, I have an issue where I have updated my Pod Go several times and although it says successful every time, it still prompts me about the new 1.22 version whenever I reconnect my POD Go to my laptop and asks if I would want to upgrade. And I noticed recently that when I go to Help -> About POD Go Edit, it shows that the POD Go firmware is 0.00 (Build 00000), whereas the POD Go Edit firmware is 1.11. Did this happen to anyone here as well and any resolution for this? Thanks!

Hey Phil, thanks for the reply! Honestly I didn't think much about the POD Go Edit. I thought the POD Go edit would have also been updated automatically. My POD Go still shows 1.21.

Other way round. Whenever there is a new firmware version that impacts on what you see in Pod Go Edit, you should upgrade Pod Go Edit first and then upgrade your Pod Go device firmware  via the new Pod Go Edit version (which is the instruction Line 6 gives) as the two are inextricably linked.

I have another question in this space.

I have a pod go wireless that I purchased 8/6 and updated the firmware to 1.22.0. turned it on Sunday and it was stuck on the boot screen.  I've tried several times to reinstall through the Line 6 Updater because the Pod Go Edit won't even see the device.  It says it completed it and the device will restart.  It never does.  now when I boot up in safe mode I get this light configuration.  (See attached).  I can't find a fix for this issue. Really aggrevating to not be able to use it.
