Hi, This is the Helix section of these forums, POD GO has a dedicated section here: https://line6.com/support/forum/97-pod-go/ Also, in the lower right hand corner of this page is a black dot with a white question mark inside a white circle. Click on that to reveal the Help Centre with Common Product FAQ’s, including reset procedures. Simply follow the links.
