This might not seem immediately obvious, but for support to figure out a spurious random report of “Native crashing Logic v.XX.X.X” needs time to investigate. It’s highly unlikely that they have machines set up in all possible configurations to bug hunt a non specific event. This looks like a situation where something got changed in the system and/or DAW at your end, rather than it has been working perfectly and has now suddenly started to malfunction. If that is the case, I would suggest reverting to a previously known good configuration that will allow you to work until a solution is found. Hope this helps/makes sense.
