kickinchicken
Hi there, I'm sorry to ask such a simple question here, but I couldn't find what I was looking for. I'm trying to assign my Mission ES1-L6 to be a volume controller on the preset in the attached screenshot. From what I can see expression pedal 2 should be able to control the volume (and I've verified that the Mission is plugged into expression pedal 2), but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. Is there something else I need to do? If I look at my scribble strips, I only see the effects listed, but not the volume pedal. Should I see it listed in one of the strips? silverhead
You should not see the VOL pedal in the scribble strips because it is already assigned to the EXP 2 controller. The scribble strips show blocks that are assigned to the FS controllers. Is your Mission pedal a latching or momentary controller?
codamedia
Everything looks right... Are you using the right cable for the Mission > HX ? Since it's the L6 mission, it should be a TS cable, not a TRS. (ie: use a regular guitar cable)
kickinchicken
I can't remember now, but I think it was latching and I set it to momentary and it worked! Thanks! Sorry - I kept going an now I've put my unit into another preset. I think I need to read the manual!!!
