Any ideas? Thanks very much. Skip Simpson First step, make sure both HX Edit and your firmware are at 3.15. Did you do the factory reset & backup restore after updating? Skip Simpson Hi, As you have noted - “perhaps my OS X (El Capitan 10.11.6)” - which is very likely why the release notes for v.3.15 actually states MacOS Sierra or higher. Maybe time to update?
