Some tones are not working when I go wireles on my pod go

I just noticed that when I am playing wireless through my pod go, some of the tones I have on my user side of the pod go have no volume, although the tones that I use all the time that are set up for The Band that I am in work just fine, probably an easy fix, anybody experienced this before?

I should mention that if I hard wire my guitar in they all work.
